you know what I do before sleeping...if i hav etension i make dua to ALLAH that jo bhi meri tension hai woh dor ker dein aur yaartension leney sey kaam tekh tu nahi ho jayee ga.So why worry when u have ALLAH by your side and in your heart...so after that I sleep very fast...it takes me only 5 mins ..he he..yaar don't care what other peopel say...I have been gainign weight too but thts because i don't eat anythign healthy but I thank ALLAH for everything, the food, my health.....lagi samjah behan jee..so no worry...tension sey ap aur moti ho jao gayee...
