Jazakallah khair for your kind words. It made me feel better. But i did not commit a sin unintentionally. i fell into the same sin over and over and over. My only option now is to fast mon and thurs. It hurts too much, i feel so confused sometimes. i lose sight of my purpose and i get so weak and i give into my desires.
