what are those "6 kalimahs" ??
actually they are dua's but they have been re-named 6 kalimah(i dunno why)
and also the authenticity of some i dunno
no proof from quran and sunnah so i say its a bid'ah.

Well when reading them..I don't see anything "unIslamic" about them..on the contrary..they are very beautiful..as they relate to Tawheed..Shahada..and Istighfar..so I don't see the innovation bit of it
do you mean that they are taught as if they are a *pillar* of faith or Islam for example?..as in..no one mentions that they are *compiled* only to *teach* some basic fundamentals?!
If that's the case..then I can see where the bida'a would lay..and it would be a HUGE one too

Assalamu alaykum!
Really, brother! What makes you say that these kalimahs are bid'ah?? As far as I know they only explain the fundamental beliefs and faith of Islam.
Just a way to teach the children to remember Allah swt as much as they can.
These are merely duas!!

I was also taught these akhii, bt no i dont think its bid'ah. I hope not anyway. The meanings are amazing i think
We were taught seven though lol
The fifth kalimah mentioned there i have never heard of in my entire life
The fifth one i learnt was your 6th one then two more;
1) Aamantu billahi kamaa huwa bi'asmaaihi wa sifaatihi wa qabiltu jamee'an ahkaamih
2)Aamanti billaahi wa malaaikatihi wa kutubihu wa rasulihi wal yawmil aakhiri wal qadri khayrihi wa sharrihi minAllahi Ta'ala wal ba'athi ba'dal mawt
Allah knows best
Wassalaam
but how did ulama chose these duas and why only these? since when they are in the society?
i m confused about these questions.
eg. saying Ya Allah is not bidah but to say ya Allah 77 times after asr becomes bidah. hope u got my point!
