Subhan Allah, the book of Psalms in the Bible talks about the valley of Bakka(mecca) and it mentions about floods. This is prove right here that it still happens and that the authors of the book of Psalms were talking about the holy city of Mecca and the place of pilgrimage.

Can you please mention the verses of Psalms that mentions this flood

best wishes

4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house;
they are ever praising you.
Selah

5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you,
who have set their hearts on pilgrimage.

6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
they make it a place of springs;
the autumn rains also cover it with pools

"The first House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka full of blessing and of guidance for all kinds of beings: In it are signs manifest; (for example) the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith Allah stands not in need of any of his creatures. (The Noble Quran, 3:96-97)"

As one can see, the name "Bakka" is used both in the Quran and in the Bible for the same place. The verse in psalms talks about the floodings, pilgrimage and the blessings of the place. This is clear but some people intentionally ignore it for good reasons.

Sobhanallah...

That sent chills down my spine...goes to show you..no matter how much they try to change the truth..it will always prevail..and be clear to those with open hearts and open minds...

Jazaka Allah Khair for this akhi..this is wonderful..

As for the flood..it took place in 1365 Hijri..which converts to 1945 Gregorian..it happened because so much rain fell onto the mountains of Makkah that year..it is said that many pilgrims had to *swim* while making their tawaf around the Ka'aba..sobhanallah

And Brother Muslimeeen..baraka allaho feek for the pictures
