As-salaamu `alaykum
Let's look at this from some different perspectives.
The first, according the Benazir, former president of Pakistan and others, he was long dead (killed by Omar Sheikh as Bhutto claimed). Having had a kidney issue it was highly unlikely he was gonna get any dialysis up in Tora Bora or whatever. Plus, notice how shortly after 9/11, he made some "TV" appearances. Yet all the subsequent footage that followed has been proven to be a hoax, thus its not surprising that Western outlets have relied on only audio 'tapes' for his more 'recent' statements. The dumbos they are, they kept getting busted and resorted to obscure audio messages as their videos were just too fake to have any credibility.
Given that they mysteriously buried him at sea only adds to the dubiousness of the whole account. And how he ended up right near Pak Army HQ's sounds disturbingly fixed to me. Plus, in Pakistan, it seems that the main threat for a while has been from Humza, his son, and not Osama himself. Usually, one's son becomes a bigger threat when the father is too old, sick or dead, is that not the case? Add to add to this list of ingredients, the fact that Obama's rep has been on the decrease, the believability of him being killed up in Pak as they are claiming becomes even slimmer. We also know that the press are compulsive liars, especially the pro-Western government agencies (not to forget how patriotic and outright thick many American jouranlists are). Some of them, explain their reasoning as being due to them having to relate official reports, fair enough. On this note, I remind you that Allaah says,
Another perspective, given if it's true then let's reflect... He supposedly masterminded a number of attacks. I say supposedly because all good news agencies use that word, because it hasn't been proven true. The death toll of his attacks reached nowhere near the death toll of innocent children, women and men killed in the 10 years spent to find him.
Anyway, I'm no fan of the man and don't understand myself why some people here still are, but it seriously bugs me how people run and believe whatever they hear so easily, and even if true, don't seem to consider that more lives were damaged in his hunt, then there were before. Apparently, it seems that the lives of a few thousand Westerners are more dear than tens of thousands of young Afghani and Pakistani children and their mothers.
And it took them ten years? Pathetic!

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.
