it's okay, sister. don't worry about it. in'sha'Allah, follow these little steps and see if it work. :]

1 - go to www.tinypic.com and select "choose file" button. once you click on that, it'll show a window. select a picture you want to upload from your desktop. for example, on your computer desktop, you have a picture file named as "hippo" and in that upload window, select "hippo" then click "choose" button.

2 - click green button named as "upload now!"

3 - it will redirect you to another page. there, you will see some kind of various links. choose the "direct link for layouts" one. for example: http://i40.tinypic.com/abcdefghijkhippooooo.png (not a real link, by the way :P)

4 - to send it on tti, choose "insert image" button. you know the little toolbar above the visitor message with like bold, italic, underline, and other things. choose the image one.

5 - TADA! it should work, in'sha'Allah.
